Class Structure

🥊 Joint Warm-Up (5 min)
Mission: Loosen up, reduce injury risk, and get fight-ready for an intense session ahead!

🔥 Dynamic Warm-Up with Boxing Games & Movements (5 min)
Objective: Raise your heart rate, fire up your muscles, and get in the zone with fast-paced movement drills.

👊 Technical Boxing Drills (15 min)
Goal: Master the basics—stance, guard, jab, cross, hook, and uppercut. Perfect your technique and feel the power behind every punch.

💪 Boxing-Specific Strength & Endurance Training (15 min)
Mission: Push your limits with drills designed to build speed, coordination, and explosive power.

🧘‍♂️ Cool Down & Stretching (5 min)
Objective: Recover, improve flexibility, and leave feeling strong, refreshed, and ready for the next round!

Born in Cascais, Portugal, Master Octávio began his combat sports journey at 18 with the Navy's special forces. After completing his degree in Sports Science at Lusófona University, he became a certified coach in Boxing (Level 1), Kickboxing (Level 2), and Sport Kempo (Level 2). A former professional athlete, he holds national and world titles in professional kickboxing.
