Before Your Assessment

How do I book my assessment?

You can book directly through our website by clicking on the “Schedule Appointment” button. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Comfortable workout clothes and sports shoes. No running is required, and the session is designed to be low-pressure and movement-focused.

Approximately 45 minutes, including a discussion about your goals and a movement analysis.

Just yourself! If you’d like, you can bring a water bottle and a small towel.

No special preparation is needed. If possible, avoid eating a heavy meal right before your session.
