A dynamic yet restorative class designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and improve flexibility—without the stress of high-impact training.
Blending yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi-inspired movement, this session is perfect for anyone looking to build core strength, improve mobility, and leave feeling refreshed and recharged.
What To Expect

Gentle Warm-Up & Breathwork (10 minutes)
Ease into movement with simple breathwork and flowing sequences that wake up your muscles and joints.

Strength & Stability (25 minutes)
A mix of core-focused exercises, controlled movements, and deep stretches to help you feel more stable, strong, and balanced in everyday life.

Deep Stretch & Release (15 minutes)
Unwind with longer-held yoga-inspired stretches, improving flexibility while releasing tension from tight muscles.

Relax & Reset (10 minutes)
End with guided relaxation to help the body fully recover, leaving you feeling lighter, looser, and ready to take on the week.
