I am trained in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, with a strong focus on technique, alignment, sequencing, and teaching beginners.

My practice is rooted in concepts such as Precision, Mindfulness, Power, Embodiment, Flow, and Equanimity. I also have a deep interest in Meditation and Restorative practices like Yoga Nidra. With a background in Philosophy and Neuroscience, as well as Physics, I bring a unique perspective to my teaching—combining scientific accuracy with an open mind and grounded approach.

One of my greatest passions is teaching, learning, and sharing knowledge. Recently, I spent five months solo traveling across the Maldives, Bali, Thailand, Sri Lanka, and India. Immersing myself in workshops, retreats, and courses not only deepened my skills but also taught me self-care and enhanced my abilities.
