Dance Fever is a Zumba-style dance class designed to energize your body and uplift your spirit. This session focuses on easy-to-follow moves, fun-filled sequences, and an exhilarating mix of music styles, making it perfect for all ages and fitness levels looking to stay active while having a great time.

Class Structure
Check-in and Warm Up (10 minutes)

The instructor will welcome participants, ensure everyone is comfortable, and guide a light warm-up with dynamic stretches to prepare the body for movement.

Dance Session (40 minutes)

This segment includes:

  • High-energy dance routines to Caribbean, Afro beats, Latin, Urban, and Pop rhythms
  • Moderate-intensity cardio with moments of anaerobic effort to boost fitness
  • Step-by-step instructions to keep it fun and beginner-friendly
  • A mix of solo and group dance sequences to enhance the experience
Cool-down & Stretch (10 minutes)

We finish with a deliberate cool-down to lower your heart rate and stretch out worked muscles—leaving you feeling refreshed, not wrecked.
